Use Verified Push
Verified Push is a more secure version of Duo Push that requires users to enter a unique three-digit code to confirm a login attempt.
To use Verified Push, you will need to have the Duo Mobile App installed on your mobile device. You likely already have this installed using Duo Push authentication. If by some chance you do not have the Duo Mobile App, please download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Beginning 10/21/25: If you typically use the Duo Push method when logging in to a UIndy service, the Duo browser prompt will now include a three-digit verification code
Like Duo Push, when you login to a UIndy system you will be sent a Duo notification on your mobile device. On your mobile device:
- Open the Duo Mobile App, you will be prompted to enter a 3-digit verification code that is on your other device’s login screen.
- Enter the 3-digit code on your mobile device.
- Tap the Verify button.
