In our continued efforts to improve the University’s cyber security posture and to comply with federal regulations, UIndyIT has enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Duo on all UIndy systems that use the UIndy Login page.

The most common concern relates to cellular coverage, specifically in basements. The default and recommended way to use Duo is to use the Duo Mobile app to receive the Duo Push, which works over WiFi and cellular data networks. No text messages are necessary!
