Use the KML 214 Google Meet Room
Krannert Memorial Library (KML), room 214, is a dedicated Google Meet Room. This reservable space is equipped to facilitate hybrid collaboration and engagement with up to twelve people in the physical space.
Equipment in the room

- Create Event in Google Calendar
- Add Google Meet Video Conferencing (Note: record Meeting ID)
- Add Room
- Select or Search for KRAN 214 Google Meet Room (Floor 2), if listed as available
- Navigate to calendar.google.com.
- Login with your UIndy credentials, if necessary.
- Click Create event.
- Enter your calendar details, be sure to select Add Google Meet video conferencing.

- Make note of Meeting ID.
- For Room select or search for KRAN 214 Google Meet Room (Floor 2), if listed as available.
- Click the Save button.

There are two ways to connect for hybrid meetings:
If the TV is off when entering the room, turn it on with the remote attached to the rear of TV or the button on bottom of TV.
- At the Logitech Tap touch controller (located below the TV), tap the Scheduled meeting.
- If your Scheduled meeting is not listed, do the following:
- Select Join or Start a meeting
- Enter
the Meeting ID from your scheduled meeting
, and select Join.
- At Logitech Tap touch controller select Join or Start a meeting
- Name your new meeting or enter
existing Meeting ID
- Select Add People to invite new participants using email addresses
In-room participants wishing to present from their device will join the Google Meet in Companion Mode

If the TV is off when entering the room, turn it on with the remote attached to the rear of TV or the button on bottom of TV.
- Plug the provided HDMI cable into your laptop
- At Logitech Tap touch controller select Present to room only
- The volume for the Rally Bar speaker is controlled by the Rally Bar remote.
- The camera operates by sensing room members, tracking, and auto-framing by default. The Rally Bar remote offers manual controls of the camera.
