If you have forgotten your password you can reset it yourself.

1. Navigate to accounts.uindy.edu.
2. Click the Forgot Password link.

1. Click the Next button.

Locate your identity

1. Enter your UIndy Username in the Username field or your UIndy email address in the Email Address field.
2. Click the Submit button.

Verify your Identity

1. Select to have a PIN sent to your alternate personal email or to a mobile listed device. Choose whichever option is appropriate.

1. Enter PIN.
2. Click the Verify button.

You may be prompted to re-authenticate with Duo.

1. Enter your new UIndy password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. (You must follow the password rules listed in boxes below the fields)
2. Click the Reset Password button.

1. Your password reset is complete. Click the Complete button.

1. Your session has now ended. Click the Return to Login button.
