Register for Sease Institute courses
To register for a Sease Institute course, select the instructions below based on whether you have a UIndy account or do not have a UIndy account:
Communiversity course enrollees please see Tech Guide specific to those courses.
- Navigate to https://store.uindy.edu.
- Click on the red View Courses button.
- Browse through the course options. Click on View Course for more details about the course and to Enroll.
- Click on the Enroll button (or Join Waiting List button if applicable).
- In the Already Registered? box, click on the Login button.
- On the Welcome to University of Indianapolis page, under the Username/Password login box, click on the link sign into your UIndy account instead.
- You will be redirected to the UIndy login page. Enter your UIndy credentials (you may have to authenticate with Duo, as well).
A "would you like to proceed" prompt may appear if you have never been a student or instructor in the University's learning management system, Brightspace. If the prompt appears:
- Check the box next to Do not ask me again for this application.
- Click the Continue button.
- On the Checkout page, complete the Invoice Details and Important Information, as required. Please note: all fields with an * are required.
- Click the Proceed button at the bottom of the page.
- If you did not have a Voucher code, on the Payment Information page, select the appropriate option next to Payment Method from the drop-down menu. Please note: all fields with an * are required.
- Click the Continue button.
Processing, please wait message will appear.
- On the Checkout. Thank you for your order page, you may click the Click here button to access your training (course) now.
UIndy Account holders: to access your course going forward, navigate to brightspace.uindy.edu and log in with your UIndy email and password.
Have you taken a Sease Institute course in Fall 2024 or after and have registered for a Brightspace personal account?
- If yes, follow the steps: Login as already registered.
- If no, follow the steps: Create Account for new learner.
- In the Already Registered? box, click the Login button.
- Enter your personal Username and Password that you created.
- Click the Log in button.
- On the Checkout page, complete the Invoice Details and Important Information, as required. Please note: all fields with an * are required.
- Click the Proceed button at the bottom of the page.
- On the Payment Information page, select the appropriate option next to Payment Method from the drop-down menu. Please note: all fields with an * are required.
- Click the Continue button.
Processing, please wait message will appear.
- In the Are you a New Learner? box, click on the Create Account button.
- Enter your information in the Account Details & Contact Details Sections
- Click the Create Account button.

Non-UIndy Account holders: to access your course going forward, navigate to brightspace.uindy.edu/d2l/local and log in with your personal email address and password you used when you created your account in steps 6-7.
