Request access to a former employee's email and files

A supervisor who needs access to a former employee's email, Google Drive, and other electronic files may request access my submitting an IT Help Desk ticket to [email protected].

Please include the types of files to which you need access, the length of time you will need access, and the full name or username of the former employee. Email will be delegated for a period of no more than six months.

Please ensure that the auto responder for the delegated email account is turned on and the message indicates to whom future correspondence should be directed.
