Reset your Sease Institute - Brightspace password
These instructions only apply to Sease Institute instructors or students who do not have a UIndy account. If you have a UIndy account, please go to https://accounts.uindy.edu to reset your UIndy account password.
Your Brightspace username is your full email address you provided during the sign up process.
- Navigate to https://brightspace.uindy.edu/d2l/local.
- Click on the Forgot your password? link.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
- Check your personal email account for an email with the following information:
Subject Title: University of Indianapolis Password Reset
Sender: UIndy Brightspace Admin - No Reply
- If you don't receive a reset email within 5 minutes:
- check your spam folder or
- search for email from the University of Indianapolis
- If it's been about 5 minutes and you still have not received a reset email, attempt Step 2 (from above) again.
Once you've successfully reset your password, you'll see the screen below. DO NOT click on the Go to login page button on this page to login to Brightspace.
To log into Brightspace after resetting your password:
- Navigate to https://brightspace.uindy.edu/d2l/local.
- If you still can't log in, submit an IT Help Desk Ticket.
