Have you set up your digital materials in your Brightspace course?

Do your students have access to your course's digital materials?

You are good to go, just remember to copy these content modules into your future courses.

This may indicate that you have more than one site for this class.

To fix this issue, contact your publisher rep or technical support for you publisher. Click here for information about integrated publishers.

Is there a resource card for your book?

Does the card contain a link for the student to click on for access?

This seems to be more of a complex issue.

Submit a ticket and be sure to include which course is having problems and what you have tried already.

The card does not have a link, similar to what's illustrated below:

Depicts resource with no link for student to click

To fix this issue contact:

Depicts course with no materials assocated with course

I see "1 Course, 0 Materials". As depicted above.

This indicates a pairing error in the BNC system.

To fix this issue:

Contact the bookstore manager ([email protected] or call 317-788-3228) and provide the following information:

  • Instructor
  • Course number with section (e.g.COMM-101-01)
  • Adopted title/courseware bundle

Ok. Follow this Tech Guide:

Congratulations, you are done!
