Your UIndy Account
- Claim your UIndy account to gain access to UIndy systems including but not limited to: Google Workspace, Brightspace, My UIndy, UIndy Self-Service, campus print release stations, lab computers, Office 365, and online library services (after Human Resources has processed your paperwork).
- Reset your UIndy account password, if needed
- Losing access to your UIndy account, to better understand what happens to your account if you leave UIndy
Associate or Non-Employee Account Request Form - Request access to UIndy's systems or resources for individuals who are not regular employees such as contractors, consultants, or temporary workers.
Secure your UIndy Account
- UIndy uses Duo for multi-factor authentication (MFA) for most UIndy systems. You are automatically enrolled in Duo after you claim your account.
- Store sensitive information in Google shared drives and modify those access levels, if needed.

Your Computer & Phone
All full-time positions at the university are eligible for a new computer. New employees will be assigned a new phone number, as needed, as long as they are not classified as part time, contractor, visiting, or temporary.
